Requirements:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email

Essential Functions:

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel between stores and attend meetings as required
  • Physical ability to lift and move items, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive long distances, if required
