{"About The Role": "We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team at FDM Group. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities across various sectors.

Your primary objective will be to develop and execute go-to-market plans, manage the sales cycle from end to end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business development: Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive business growth
* Account management: Manage client relationships, gather requirements, and source relevant candidates from our academies
* Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Recruitment, University Partnerships, People Team, Academy, Product Owners, and Sales Management to ensure successful delivery of our services
* KPI management: Achieve targets and weekly performance KPIs
* Account Management administration: Manage client relationships through our Cloud CRM management tool, Salesforce
* Pastoral support: Provide support to our in-house trainees during the placement process and while they are on-site
* Daily stand-up and group sales meetings: Attend and contribute to daily stand-up and regular group sales meetings
* Collaboration and Networking tools: Utilize Microsoft Teams, Yammer, and LinkedIn for collaboration and networking
* Research and development: Stay up-to-date with industry and sector developments through research

About You:

We are looking for a sales professional with a passion for innovation, creativity, and a drive to succeed. You will need to demonstrate motivation to learn the tools and knowledge required to excel in this role.

Key Requirements:

* Sales or customer-facing experience
* Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Commercially aware and target-oriented individual
* Eager to learn and develop professionally to progress within the business
* Technically proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
