We are seeking a highly skilled Security Lead to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing the industrial security program and ensuring compliance with government and company security policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the industrial security program and security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies.
- Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of sensitive and classified information.
- Develop and implement solutions to moderate scope and complexity problems.
- Review and investigate non-compliance issues.
- Provide security advice and guidance to all levels of staff.
- Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for employees.
- Assist with proposal security volume reviews.
- Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs.
- 5+ years of experience leading a security team.
- Experience with security database functions.
- Knowledge of NISPOM Rule, DCIDs, ICDs, SCI, and COMSEC.
- Knowledge of clearance processing, doc control, physical security, and SATE.
- Ability to work in a team.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience with Industrial Security in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to obtain DSS Academy FSO or CSSO certification within six months of start date.
- Possession of excellent organizational skills.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
