Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to customers throughout the loan and pawn process, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with customer account management, including accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet performance standards, leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities and participating in in-store and community events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build new business, maintain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty and recognition.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our Point-of-Sale system.
- Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on our products and processes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous behavior with customers and peers.
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply).
- Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience.
- Experience in retail, financial services, loans, banking/bank teller, or service industry.
