PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Our Residential Services program is designed to support women facing substance use challenges and co-occurring mental health issues, particularly those with young children or who are expecting.

Children live with their mothers in our facility to foster healthy parental relationships while developing essential parenting skills.

The typical duration of stay is 4-6 months, focusing on preparing for a safe and substance-free lifestyle.

Mothers involved with DCF are welcome, and both mothers and infants receive medical support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the physical environment and uphold program standards in accordance with relevant regulations.
Oversee medication management for residents in line with established policies.
Utilize effective communication methods to relay important information to team members regarding daily activities.

Provide guidance and support to residents in various rehabilitation areas, including nutrition, meal preparation, hygiene, financial management, and basic household skills.

Assist with administrative tasks as directed by supervisors.
Prepare and lead educational and skill-building sessions based on individual treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and families to coordinate care as necessary.
Support residents in addressing their medical and mental health needs.
Ensure documentation complies with agency and program standards.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other required gatherings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or two years of college with at least two years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma (GED) with a minimum of four years of relevant experience.

Experience:
Background in Human Services with a solid work history.

Licensure/Certification:
A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.

COMPENSATION:
$18.3818/hour minimum, with potential increases based on experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based on relevant experience and adherence to internal equity policies. Many positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Note: For part-time positions, this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked.)
