Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN (Nurse) to join our team at Maple Hills Clinic. This role involves providing general nursing care, documenting health history, and executing prescribed treatments. You will also have the opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows
- Obtain patient consent for care and ensure patient confidentiality
- Document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions
- Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administer prescribed medications, and monitor and document treatment progress and patient response

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state, as well as a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program. Additionally, you should have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

About This Role:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $26.38 - $38.26 per hour. You will work Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, with no weekends, holidays, or call shifts.
