We are seeking an experienced Tournant to join our culinary team at La Tête d´Or by Daniel, a new concept blending classic American steakhouse with the Parisian dining scene.

Responsibilities:
  • Work all stations in the kitchen, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality dishes.
  • Oversee kitchen staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellent service.
  • Train employees on recipes, standards, and health department regulations.
  • Maintain food quality, restaurant standards, and a clean kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of kitchen experience.
  • Culinary training degree preferred but not required.
