Position Title: Business Execution Coordinator - Unclaimed Properties

Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and committed Business Execution Coordinator to enhance our Unclaimed Property Operations team. This role involves a diverse range of tasks related to unclaimed assets, focusing on managing inquiries, performing in-depth research, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to inquiries regarding unclaimed properties from both customers and internal stakeholders using our case management system.
  • Conduct comprehensive research across various platforms to ascertain the status of unclaimed assets, including checks, deposit accounts, and safe deposit box contents.
  • Provide precise guidance on reclaiming or reissuing properties in accordance with established timelines.
  • Authenticate customer identities through written communication and assist them in completing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures throughout the lifecycle of unclaimed properties.
  • Collaborate with Risk Management, Compliance, and Fraud teams to address inquiries and minimize risks.
  • Oversee the management of abandoned safe deposit box contents, including inventory and reclamation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong reading comprehension skills to effectively interpret non-standard inquiries.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough research and investigations.
  • Experience with case management in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling customer complaints.
  • Familiarity with unclaimed property processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and macros.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in cash handling and dual control environments.
