Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Offer key introductory information to new customers, setting the tone for a positive relationship.
  • Follow up with clients after purchases to guarantee complete satisfaction.
  • Inform clients about additional products or services that can enhance their experience.
  • Troubleshoot common client issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other CSRs and departments to find solutions and resolve queries efficiently.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Availability to work the day shift and a weekend rotation
