Main Function

The Corporate Accounts Payable Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the full cycle AP and payables outsourcing process for all invoices from newly acquired surgical facilities. This role requires the ability to follow established processes and procedures, with a focus on timely payment to vendors. The position also involves researching and responding to vendor inquiries, as well as assisting with the month-end close process by meeting processing deadlines.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of accounts payable experience
  • Ability to manage effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Maintains regular attendance habits
  • Has initiative, resourcefulness, analytical ability, and ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with all groups and individuals
  • Must be able to communicate articulately, comprehend written and verbal communications, and function efficiently in a stressful work environment
