Job Title: Senior RF Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Systems Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing complex RF systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze RF systems using HFSS, CST, and other simulation tools
  • Collaborate with suppliers to realize practical designs
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
  • Review requirements and analyze designs as necessary
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in RF passive designs
  • Expertise in HFSS, ADS, CST, and other simulation tools
  • Experience with full design lifecycle
  • Supplier knowledge to successfully realize passive design
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong advanced analysis using HFSS and other 3D simulation tools to produce complex yet realizable designs
  • Deep understanding of full design lifecycle; RTX processes a plus
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience managing teams to execute effectively
