We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and help us showcase the amazing audio products of Sonos


About the Role:


This seasonal position represents our client, Sonos, showcasing their innovative home audio products on weekends at the Best Buy store in Portland, OR. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating the latest innovations in home audio, building relationships with store managers and associates, and driving sales growth for Sonos.


What You'll Do:




  • **Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences:** Engage with customers through dazzling product demonstrations, identify their individual needs, and provide personalized recommendations.




  • **Drive Sales Growth:** Execute sales strategies, build relationships with store managers and associates, and create a positive impact on Sonos' sales in assigned stores.




  • **Stay Up-to-Date:** Receive paid training on Sonos products and stay current on the latest innovations in home audio.




  • **Enjoy a Competitive Compensation Package:** Earn a competitive hourly rate, plus opportunities for sales bonuses and a retention bonus for program completion.




  • **Enjoy a Flexible Schedule:** Work 12 hours per week, Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a strong possibility of program extension into the next year.

  • **Previous Sales Experience:** A proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of consumer technology and sales strategies.




  • **Customer-Focused:** A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.




  • **Tech-Ready:** Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet and a reliable ride to commute to assigned Best Buy locations.




  • **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
