About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer interns to join our team at General Motors. As an Industrial Engineer intern, you will have the opportunity to work on hands-on projects that will add value to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of manufacturing operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and systems
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Must be graduating between December 2025 and May 2028
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the summer months
  • Willing to work in a plant environment
