We are seeking a highly skilled Physician-Scientist/Research Faculty to join our team at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center (SKCC) at Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA.
About the PositionThe Department of Radiation Oncology is interested in investigators (MD, DO, MD/PhD) with clinical and/or research expertise in the following areas:
- Immuno-Oncology
- Cancer Informatics
- Geriatric Oncology
- Cancer Genetics and Epigenetics
- Radiation Biology
- Radiotheranostics
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an independent research program with protected time for research and mentoring
- Contribute to a collaborative team science environment
- Pursue research focused on SKCC priorities, including lung cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, melanoma, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, and hematologic malignancies
About the SKCC:
- NCI-designated consortium cancer center
- Collaborative research environment with researchers from Thomas Jefferson University and Drexel University
- Large regional footprint with multiple interconnected advanced care hubs
