Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping and security requests, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve guest complaints as needed.
  • Financial Management: Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager and hotel management, verify and reconcile financial records, and process additional administrative and accounting procedures.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at our property.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Customer Service: Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Technical Skills: Computer proficiency is required, with experience in accounting or reservation software preferred.
  • Availability: Flexible overnight hours are required.
  • Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
