Overview

The Event Planning Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing numerous requests for our exclusive private dining spaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Restaurant Managers to successfully plan and execute private events for various group sizes.
  • Maintain and manage the Gather software database for event inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to new event inquiries.
  • Establish a thorough private event reservation process and fee structure based on local industry standards.
  • Work with the Executive Chef to develop Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and design menus for large gatherings.
  • Oversee not only private events but also large parties within the restaurant.
  • Communicate clearly and accurately regarding deposits, fees, cancellations, and day-of procedures.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales, deposits, and event calendars to the relevant departments.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain connections to enhance recurring tasting room programs, such as bocce ball, corn hole, paint nights, and trivia events.
