Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician III to join our 2nd Shift team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks including assembly, testing, and inspection of electronic and mechanical components
  • Assist mechanical engineers in the development of mechanical and electro-mechanical engineering designs, tests, fabrications, modifications, assemblies, and components
  • Fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies
  • Assist with analyzing data and recommending modifications to components or test procedures to meet desired specifications
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to lift 20-40lbs
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes and written instructions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solder experience
  • Lean manufacturing experience
