**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Microwave Technician II to join our Weekend Night Shift team at BAE Systems. The selected individual will fabricate and/or modify complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Fabricate and/or modify complex micro-integrated circuit modules or microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies.
- Must be familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes and resistors, soldering skills and eutectic die attach.
- Must be familiar with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens and sheet epoxies.
- Must be familiar with working with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxy's.
- Must be familiar with operating an MRSI 505 and 605.
- Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift.
**Requirements**
- Typically a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-883 and working with bonding complex microwave modules.
**Benefits**
Full-Time Salary Range: $63,690. Regular employees scheduled to work 20 hours per week are offered health, dental, and vision insurance; health savings accounts; a 401(k) savings plan; disability coverage; and life and accident insurance.
