Currently, our team is engaged in a pivotal transition that will redefine our pricing strategy and enhance operational efficiency. We are shifting from our custom-designed Pricing Tool to a new CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system to support our organization's Future Forward objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be essential to the Pricing Development team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Product Owners, management, and technical teams to gather and understand their requirements.
- Document both functional and non-functional requirements clearly, ensuring consensus among stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes to identify improvement areas, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis, planning, and management of multiple large and/or complex projects to create detailed specification documents for development.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
- Your expertise will guide strategic decision-making and drive innovation.
- Evaluate the functionality of new product releases and present findings to stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Recent Experience with Oracle CPQ
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex business challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills, including the full suite of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel (advanced formulas), Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI (queries and reports), and Publisher.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capabilities.
- Test functionality based on specification documents.
- Ability to identify requirements and scope relevant scenarios at every stage of the process, as well as pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Capability to work effectively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
- Strong leadership or project management skills.
