Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated professionals to manage and evaluate information derived from our organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. In this role, you will provide critical operational and advisory assistance to our committed personnel. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the prompt completion of federally required data for individuals pursuing treatment through the CCBHC initiative, which may involve discussions on sensitive matters at appropriate times.
This position reports directly to the Director of Outpatient Services and presents a chance to create a significant impact within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with outpatient team members to guarantee the timely completion of National Outcome Measures (NOMs) assessments.
- Establish efficient tracking systems for NOMs completions.
- Work in conjunction with IT and project stakeholders to ensure swift assessment completions.
- Provide regular data updates and communicate progress to relevant parties.
- Follow up with individuals to collect necessary data for mandated reporting.
- Monitor and report any data entry discrepancies for resolution.
- Telecommuting options may be available in accordance with policy.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School diploma is required.
- Prior experience collaborating with professionals is advantageous.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records is preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
