Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and external regulations, promptly reporting any compliance issues to management.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation, performing data entry while safeguarding the confidentiality of donors, patients, and employees.
  • Manage inventory effectively, including the packing and shipping of supplies and specimens.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
  • Assist in the processing of biohazardous waste, specimens, and micro-plates.
  • Handle the receipt and preparation of samples as directed.
  • Utilize company vehicles for deliveries and pickups as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional Responsibilities for Advanced Levels:

  • Unpack and accession samples received from various sources, identifying any discrepancies and collaborating with supervisors for resolution.
  • Order laboratory reagents and supplies as necessary.
  • Support equipment maintenance and communicate relevant information to customers.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Opportunities for advancement may include mentoring and workflow coordination responsibilities.

Compensation: Competitive wages starting at $17.00 per hour, with shift differentials available for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
