Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven leader who can effectively manage and develop a high-performing team, ensuring seamless restaurant operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for Italian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service while maintaining Crazy Pizza's brand and operational standards.
  • Team Development: Assist in managing and developing a high-performing service and culinary team, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in alignment with Crazy Pizza's global brand.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control in all areas of the restaurant, ensuring the dining experience meets or exceeds guest expectations.
  • Financial Management: Assist with managing restaurant finances, including revenue and cost control to meet financial goals.
  • Training and Development: Support the training and development of management and line-level employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties proficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Contribute to maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere while protecting the health, safety, and well-being of guests and employees.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Crazy Pizza's presence in the NYC market.
  • Leadership: Step in and take on responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring continuity of operations.
Requirements
  • Proven Management Experience: Proven management experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale casual restaurant.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Restaurant Finance: Knowledge of restaurant finance tasks, such as purchase and inventory management, and tracking restaurant KPIs.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Knowledge and appreciation of Italian cuisine.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Experience with budgeting and cost management.
  • Passion for Hospitality: A passion for hospitality with a guest-centric approach.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
