Job Title: Admissions Coordinator Specialist

The Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator Specialist to support the admissions process. This role will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for the Admissions Office, collaborating with Recruiting Coordinators to provide outstanding customer service, and advising prospective students on the application process.

This is a full-time position that requires regular business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST. The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Admissions Office
  • Collaborate with Recruiting Coordinators to provide outstanding customer service
  • Advise prospective students on the application process
  • Provide follow-up phone calls and emails to prospective students with incomplete applications
  • Schedule student appointments and interviews during the admissions process
  • Attend recruitment events and college fairs, when necessary
