Job Summary

The successful candidate will work in our Machine Shop, setting up and operating Computer Numeric Control (CNC) production equipment, as well as manual shop equipment, to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, routers, lasers, and manual milling machines to produce complex parts and products.
  • Program and operate CNC machines using CATIA or similar software, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Read and write g-code using CAM software and machine controllers to optimize production processes.
  • Produce high-quality products in a timely manner, adhering to specifications and documentation.
  • Code programs for new parts and create instructions for setups to ensure efficient production.
  • Review CAD design blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Trade School Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience in machining and CNC operations.
