Job Summary

SGI Global, LLC seeks a highly experienced Senior Technical Trainer to lead training programs for international peacekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military intelligence and experience in capacity building for foreign security forces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for military and civilian personnel on peacekeeping operations and capacity building.
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead to design and implement training curricula.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to foreign security partners.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the requirements of international partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in peacekeeping operations and capacity building.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of technical experience in military intelligence and capacity building.
  • Minimum of 10 years of U.S. or foreign military experience, including service after September 11, 2001.
  • Demonstrated military experience as a military intelligence practitioner.
  • Relevant military operations or foreign security force (police or military) capacity building experience in the last 5 years.
  • Experience as a trainer to a foreign security partner, military or civilian.
  • Preferred: Completion of a U.S. or foreign equivalent recognized military intelligence course for land forces.
  • Preferred: Experience working in sub-Saharan Africa.
