- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Track and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position and sell insurance solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record in sales or customer service is highly valued.
- Insurance license required or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets. Persuasive communication and negotiation skills are essential.
