Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned product marketer to join our team as a User Experience Product Owner. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enabling customer-facing teams across the organization to become UX champions.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison between product marketing and enablement teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Content Creation and Maintenance: Develop, update, and manage a library of sales enablement materials, including demos, presentations, sales spots, and other assets that support field-facing teams.
  • Demo and Asset Development: Collaborate with product marketers and enablement teams to create compelling demos and assets that effectively showcase the value and capabilities of Workday's user experience.
  • Cohesive Execution: Ensure all enablement materials are aligned and integrated into a cohesive narrative that supports go-to-market strategies and drives successful field engagement.
  • Field Enablement Support: Work closely with sales, SC, and CS teams to gather feedback, understand their needs, and continuously improve the tools and resources provided to them.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of enablement efforts and provide regular updates to the product marketing team, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
