Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and achieve sales growth.
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high standards of quality.
    • Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve the customer experience.
  • Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting.
    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement initiatives to reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
