- Design and Improve Reports and Tools: Assist in the design and improvement of reports, audits, and tools to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Research and Apply Optimization Methods: Research the newest methods of optimization and analytics to apply to existing systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Mathematics, or Technology, or equivalent experience. 1+ years' experience with SQL or another database equivalent preferred.
- Technical Skills: 1+ years' experience with PowerBI, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and report automation. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills: Strong background in analytics with a track record of delivering valuable insights and recommendations. Naturally inquisitive with excellent critical thinking skills.
- Project Management and Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Outstanding attention to detail, sense of urgency, and personal accountability.
