The Manufacturing Operations Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring product excellence, and managing raw material inventory across multiple production lines in a continuous manufacturing environment. Key duties include training staff, resolving operational challenges, and aligning with corporate objectives. This position may also entail stepping in for the Plant Manager as required.

Key Responsibilities:
