Role Responsibilities:

The Payroll Manager at BryceTech will oversee all facets of payroll operations, ensuring that payroll is executed punctually, accurately, and in accordance with federal and state regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing Paylocity software (mandatory)
  • Managing payroll for multiple states
  • Overseeing leave management
  • Ensuring compliance with state mandates for Paid Family Leave and Disability
  • Reconciling payroll and general ledger deductions
  • Possessing a background in the Government Contracting sector
  • Facilitating systems integration across HRIS, Financial, and 401(k) platforms
  • Administering and auditing 401(k) plans
  • Managing employee benefits
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Paylocity and Excel, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to provide senior-level support while actively processing payroll at BryceTech
