Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro Med/Surg

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Med/Surg team at South Shore Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
  • Administer medications, complete medication reconciliation, and document narcotic withdrawal and administration.
  • Develop, evaluate, and update individualized plans of care for patients and document outcomes.
  • Assess and reassess patient care needs and document all patient care following departmental and hospital policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and effective patient care environment.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Previous acute care RN experience preferred.
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, and other certifications as required by the department.
