Job Title: RN Neuro Med/Surg Nurse

South Shore Health is seeking a skilled RN Neuro Med/Surg Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN Neuro Med/Surg Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Neuro Med/Surg department. As a RN Neuro Med/Surg Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Previous Acute Care RN experience preferred
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, or other certifications as required by the department
Work Schedule:

Registered Nurse P6N PT nights 7p-730a x2 shifts per week, every 3rd w/e, e/o holiday.
