Job Title: RN Neuro Med/Surg Nurse

South Shore Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Med/Surg team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
  • Administer medications, transcribe, and record medications according to SSH policies and procedures.
  • Develop, evaluate, and update individualized plans of care for patients and document outcomes.
  • Assess and reassess patient care needs and document all patient care following departmental and hospital policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the patient, family, and healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Previous acute care RN experience preferred.
  • RN - Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification, or other certifications as required by the department.
