Job Title: Contracts Manager

DCG Communications is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth and delivery teams, you will be responsible for managing various agreements, ensuring fair representation, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management:
    • Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to ensure accuracy and fairness.
    • Manage contract performance to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
    • Maintain accurate records of contracts, modifications, and performance assessments.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Serve as a liaison between government officials, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Joint Venture partners, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
  • Strategic Advisory:
    • Provide expert guidance on best practices in contract management and compliance, identifying potential risks and offering mitigation strategies.
    • Heavily scrutinize all deals to ensure the organization is protected and fairly represented.
  • Proposal Quality Control:
    • Conduct final quality control checks on proposals before submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure all contracts comply with FAR regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 or more years of experience in government contracts management with a strong understanding of FAR regulations.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record in managing contracts and ensuring compliance.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
