Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody and promote the core values of Mars, Inc. within the team.
  • Proactively attract new clients by showcasing the hospital's services and managing the flow of clients and pets to guarantee exceptional care.
  • Optimize the number of pets seen by the veterinary team through efficient operations that support the wellness plan clients.
  • Deliver professional and outstanding service consistently, which includes encouraging visits, welcoming clients and pets, ensuring their comfort, and providing education on pet health.
  • Inform clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and the services offered by the hospital. Assist new clients by completing necessary documentation and entering pet information accurately.
  • Support departing clients by providing essential instructions, information, invoices, and scheduling future appointments.
  • Oversee financial transactions by maintaining accurate records and following proper opening and closing procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
Additional Duties:
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
