The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is essential in managing the flow of clients and their pets within the veterinary facility. This role is pivotal in enhancing the productivity of the veterinary team, ensuring effective communication with both clients and staff, and coordinating the overall care of pets in a friendly and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embody and promote the core values of Mars, Inc. within the team.
- Proactively attract new clients by showcasing the hospital's services and managing the flow of clients and pets to guarantee exceptional care.
- Optimize the number of pets seen by the veterinary team through efficient operations that support the wellness plan clients.
- Deliver professional and outstanding service consistently, which includes encouraging visits, welcoming clients and pets, ensuring their comfort, and providing education on pet health.
- Inform clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and the services offered by the hospital. Assist new clients by completing necessary documentation and entering pet information accurately.
- Support departing clients by providing essential instructions, information, invoices, and scheduling future appointments.
- Oversee financial transactions by maintaining accurate records and following proper opening and closing procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
