Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Buffalo, NY.

Job Summary

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position involves providing high-quality speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of students, primarily elementary-aged children. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in New York, and experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Provide comprehensive support to students, focusing on speech and language development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings to review progress and update goals.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in New York.
  • Experience: Experience in a school setting preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
