We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at West Seneca Central Schools. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students across all levels, from kindergarten to 12th grade, to provide educational relevance in general education and special education classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Speech Language therapy to students with a wide range of disorders, including speech sound disorders, language, and fluency.
- Highlight language/literacy and culturally competent services to support students' academic and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Assess, intervene, and monitor student progress to ensure effective communication and academic success.
- Certification in Speech and Language Disabilities (SLD) or Speech Language Pathology (SLP) Renewable License.
- Previous completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Ability to work with families, students, and collaborate with teachers and administration.
- Salary and benefits paid according to the West Seneca Teachers' Association collective bargaining agreement.
