Job Summary

This position requires a licensed professional to work under clinical supervision and provide behavioral healthcare services to a caseload of assigned offenders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral healthcare programs and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sex offender interventions and provide individualized treatment plans
  • Complete screenings and assessments to identify offender needs and develop treatment strategies
  • Write reports and maintain necessary data documents to satisfy federal, state, and local agency requirements
  • Enter documentation in electronic health records and complete miscellaneous forms and reports as needed
  • Consult with other institution staff to ensure comprehensive care and support for offenders
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed social worker (LSW) designation from the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
