About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the bakery meets the member's expectations.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks and assisting in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.

Requirements:

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
