Drive Innovation in Medical Device Manufacturing
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Management Business Solutions, you will lead complex projects from concept to production, working with cutting-edge manufacturing processes and automation. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring manufacturing excellence for our medical device portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DFM efforts and implement cost-saving measures
- Develop and validate manufacturing procedures aligned with ISO/FDA requirements
- Drive cost reduction through innovative manufacturing solutions
- Lead equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and new product transitions
- Design fixtures and tooling to enhance production efficiency
- Manage documentation including work instructions and engineering changes
- Provide technical leadership for production support and problem resolution
Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- ~7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in medical devices
- ~ Strong foundation in engineering drawings, specifications, and process planning
- ~ Experience with SolidWorks and technical documentation
- ~ Machine shop knowledge (milling, turning, grinding) valued
