As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Management Business Solutions, you will lead complex projects from concept to production, working with cutting-edge manufacturing processes and automation. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring manufacturing excellence for our medical device portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead DFM efforts and implement cost-saving measures
  • Develop and validate manufacturing procedures aligned with ISO/FDA requirements
  • Drive cost reduction through innovative manufacturing solutions
  • Lead equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and new product transitions
  • Design fixtures and tooling to enhance production efficiency
  • Manage documentation including work instructions and engineering changes
  • Provide technical leadership for production support and problem resolution

Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • ~7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in medical devices
  • ~ Strong foundation in engineering drawings, specifications, and process planning
  • ~ Experience with SolidWorks and technical documentation
  • ~ Machine shop knowledge (milling, turning, grinding) valued
