Job Description

NeuroLogica Corporation, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Danvers, MA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative medical imaging equipment for healthcare facilities and private practices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems for medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners and other devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain electrical schematics, bills of material, and assembly instructions.
  • Test and validate electrical systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with technology partners to assess partner offerings and implement DAS architecture.
  • Provide sustaining engineering support for released products, including changes for improved manufacturability, reduced cost, increased reliability, and/or improved performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required, Master's preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design and development of medical imaging equipment.
  • Experience with FPGA development, Xilinx preferred, using Verilog (preferred) or VHDL programming languages.
  • Experience with electrical engineering CAD tools (schematic capture, simulation, layout).
  • Experience with online document control systems, Arena preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write design documents and test plans.
