Peer Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Certified Recovery Peer Advocate to join our team at Hamilton-Madison House. This full-time position involves providing peer support services to individuals with substance use disorder problems and/or mental illness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through their recovery journey, developing relationships with other healthcare professionals, and advocating for clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Offer one-on-one support and guidance to clients
- Help clients access treatment and healthcare services
- Establish and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals
- Advocate for clients' needs and interests
Requirements:
- Provisional Certification as a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA-P)
- Prior experience working with individuals in a service-oriented setting
- Familiarity with substance use disorder and/or mental health issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:
The compensation for this role is around $48,000-$50,000 based on qualifications, certifications, and experience.
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 15 vacation days, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 12 paid agency-wide holidays.
