Salary:$46,350 - $51,500 per year + $2,500 night/weekend differential

Job Description

We are seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join our team at the Center for Alternative. This role will involve conducting field-based engagement and supervision services to help participants effectively utilize pretrial services and participate in recovery supports.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with participants to assess their needs and develop personalized plans for recovery and success.
  • Provide support and guidance to participants as they navigate the criminal justice system and access community resources.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to provide holistic support services that address the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience providing peer support services in a social services program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
