Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Pump Design Specialist to join our team at CIRCOR. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing industrial pumps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing computer-aided engineering (CAE) systems and material requirements planning (MRP) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create CAE models, drawings, layouts, assembly instructions / visual guides, test specifications, BOMs and reports in support of customer orders.
  • Perform analysis of new design concepts, adapt concepts for success and produce analysis reports.
  • Support the development of Engineering standards, design specifications, analysis methods, design verification and product validation methods.
  • Initiate and contribute to the creation of installation and operation instructions, care and maintenance instructions, assembly, visual aids and other customer facing documentation.

Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in industrial equipment design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Solid Edge, Solid Works, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams and lead projects when required.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
