About the Role

We are looking for a talented IT Specialist to join our team at Pro-Tops Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our technology systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business.

Salary and Benefits Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$125,000, based on experience, with additional benefits including comprehensive health insurance, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Implement and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software applications.
  2. Provide prompt technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues to minimize disruptions.
  3. Analyze system performance and implement solutions to prevent downtime and optimize efficiency.
  4. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Expertise in IT service management, help desk operations, and technical problem-solving.
