About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Ohana Cannabis Co. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bartenders and servers have everything they need to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearing and Setting: Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing the bar top and cocktail tables.
  • Logistics and Supply: Carry large loads of dishes to the kitchen for washing, and restock work areas to support the bartenders.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean up spilled food, drink, and broken dishes immediately, and remove empty bottles and trash. Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment in food service areas and other areas of the bar.
  • Customer Service: Run drinks to tables for our guests, and provide accurate and efficient service to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Bar Support: Accurately pour beer and wine for bartenders when they are impacted, and fill beverage and ice dispensers. Stock refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer, and replace empty beer kegs.
  • Garnishing and Preparation: Garnish foods and drinks, and position them on tables to make them visible and accessible. Mix and prepare flavors for mixed drinks, and cut garnishes for bar use.

Requirements:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required.
  • Customer service focused and solution-oriented.
  • Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on our restaurant needs.
