General Summary:
The Ohana Server is responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our establishment to protect both staff and customers. They will take customer orders, accurately input them into our POS system, and ensure that patrons are satisfied with both the products and the high-quality service they receive. The server will also be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders promptly and professionally, creating a positive dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking their orders accurately, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Possess a thorough understanding of our menu items and be able to clearly and effectively explain them to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patrons in both the restaurant/bar and dispensary areas.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
- 2-3 years of serving experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy setting.
- Keen attention to detail and follow-through to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
