Key Responsibilities

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Complete reports and share knowledge of the local area with guests.
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming work environment for all guests and colleagues.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
  • Move around the property and take a hands-on approach to work, lifting and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
