Estimator - Body Repair Specialist

As an Estimator at Hendrick Collision Center, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting necessary body repair work for customers. You will work closely with customers and Collision Center Technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments with customers and communicate repair estimates and timelines
• Work with customers and Collision Center Technicians to identify required repair work and provide detailed estimates
• Offer additional services and repairs to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
• Compute costs of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicles to their original condition
• Enter itemized estimates on repair orders and explain estimates to customers
• Meet Collision Center standards for repair and order production
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in automotive repair or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license required
Working Conditions:
This position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The employee will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be exposed to loud noise, vibration, and other body repair shop conditions.
